I was in the computer room in Honeywell's Datacentre in Slough, England when the computer scenes in the film were shot. The A/C had to be shut off during filming as it was too noisy. The building which housed the datacentre has since been demolished.

I was in Tech Support at the Honeywell Datacentre used for the computer room scene. I was given the task of writing the program Bill Bixby used. The sound crew returned the following day to record the line printer to dub on to the sound track when text was being written on the VDU screen as in those days people expected computers to sound like teletypes.
