AT&T PC6300 was in fact an Olivetti M24 or M24-SP IBM-PC compatible with its case painted on white, instead of grey. Its cpu had a i8086 (16bit bus / 16 bit processor) instead of i8088 of original IBM pc (8 bit bus /16 bit processor). I installed 500 between august 1984 and february 1986 on the BARCELONA COUNCIL. I was a bit busy because I had to do myself help desk, remote (with automated floppies)and local maintenance, purchasing, image disk standards, test new products (remember Ashton&Tate dBase III?), and mainframe integration with IRMA cards.
