Happy Here and Now (2002)

Amelia travels to her aunt's house in New Orleans to look for her missing sister Muriel. Her aunt's partner Bill, an ex-CIA agent, discovers records of webcam conversations on Muriel's laptop, and together they try to track down the man she was talking to.
