The IIc was the "compact" version of the Apple IIe. It was semi-portable, with a carry handle and a prohibitively expensive LCD display available.

An Apple IIc in 2010? More importantly, though, the Apple had an external power supply (or external battery pack), and no such supply is in evidence here.
